Overall #1 on Bullet Hell Jam 2023!!


And I'm more surprised than anyone. This is wild.

Not much else to say as I'm still trying to process this. Thank you, thank you, thank YOU everyone who checked out, played, rated, and otherwise supported Perdition Sphere! This weirdo non-fox using foxes and black-and-white bunnygirls for his avatars couldn't be any happier to see people enjoying the experience which he sacrificed so much sleep and sanity for ^^

Lastly, a few fun facts:
- Originally planned name for the game was "Perdition Well"
- Before May 15, Perdition Sphere had about ~68 downloads and ~240 views total
- The triple shot upgrade is the most universally hated weapon, pretty much everyone I know and every replay I've seen, they only pick it once and then never again. And I almost nerfed it before release because it seemed like it'd be too strong. Yeah.
- The ratio of Normal mode to HARD mode downloads is about 2 to 1, it seems that about 33% of players start with HARD first (the only difference right now is HP count on start and after continuing, keep that in mind!)

P.S. I'm not good at writing discussion posts like post-mortems, nor would a post-mortem make sense for Perdition Sphere, considering the evil mastermind plans I have for it, hehe... But if there's a demand I'll definitely sit down and write about why the game turned out that way, what went into its design and maybe some more secrets and fun facts. Perhaps someone may find value in that. Let me now!
